I am a disabled Gulf War combat veteran that lives in the Nashville TN Area. I have a wonderful wife and 3 children. I am in the process of getting full disability as it has become hard to do just about anything.

I enjoy helping other especially veterans and thier families. I am a member of many different Veterans organizations and a Life Member of the DAV, VFW, AMVETS, and Iraq War Veterans. I have held many local, department, state and NAtional offices in these organization and I am currently the National Adjutant General for the Iraq War Veterans.

If you are a veteran or in a veterans family and need help them maybe I can get it for you. I am always ready to do what I can!

Hi,

 I have been franticly searching the internet and anywhere I can think of for help for my husband.  He served 4 years in the Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1999.  We do not have any children, we actually just celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary.  He does not qualify for health care from the VA hospital because he is low priority and our income is too high to purchase the Illinois state insurance for Veterans.  Jay has a family history of heart disease and he is 35 and is undergoing treatment for his heart, we are uninsured and were denied insurance due to his condition.  We are above the poverty level and do not qualify for most state or federal programs or assistance. We just don't know what to do. We cannot pay these medical bills, but he has to have this treatment to prevent the progression of this disease.  Do you know any groups that help with situations like this?  I am almost ready to give up!
